There are indeed too many unacceptable loop-holes and unjustice which has began to surface fiercely especially in an era of greater income gap difference and economy crisis.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Also to the point of healthcare system we were discussing sometime back. I think that has to be tackled with. When 60% of the population don't pay income tax, it is equalivent to more than half of the population earning less than $2500 a month.
